The atmosphere was maddening and one of the photographers who was quite desperate to grab images of King Khan, stumbled and fell on his knees right in front of the star owing to the commotion at the spot. And King Khan, such a gentle man that he is, helped the man stand up on his feet despite being surrounded by crazy fans.
