UTVi brings a tête-à-tête with Irfan Khan

Mumbai: This week, UTVi's Talk Back will air an exclusive interview with Irrfan Khan. The actor talks about his forthcoming film Mumbai Meri Jaan, which deals with the train blasts that had occurred in Mumbai a few years ago.

Khan also shares his experience of working with Shah Rukh Khan on Biloo Barber.

In this interview, he addresses issues of being Hindi cinema's most underrated hero, the fact that he prefers roles that break away from the clichés set by the typical hero of the Indian film industry. He also acknowledges his presence in Hollywood and talks about the role of a 'new' hero in Hindi cinema.

Khan won the Filmfare Best Villain award for the Hindi film Haasil (2003) in 2004. He is married to Indian writer Sutapa Sikdar. He was honoured with the Filmfare Best Supporting Actor award (2007) and IIFA Best Supporting Actor for Life in a Metro (2007).

The episode will be aired on 16 August at 8 am and 4 pm with repeat telecast on 17 August at 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm on UTVi.
