Kuch toh log kahenge, logon ka kaam hai kehna... thus went a song in the film 'Amar Prem', stating the fact that people will talk, but let it not affect you in any way negative. And one person who truly cares a damn about what people say or think of him is Shah Rukh Khan.
SRK returned to hosting Filmfare Awards this year with Saif Ali Khan and though the awards were aired on 7th March, news channels were talking about the return of the hit hosts. Some channels even highlighted the cheap jokes that are so much a part of SRK-Saif script. But did that deter the Khan? Not really, for once at the Filmfare stage, he was the same old guy who loves to pull people's legs.
In fact, he didn't even refrain from taking a dig at the whole hullabaloo about his cheap jokes at the awards night. SRK posted on a social networking site, "I asked my team if the Filmfare jokes were too cheap. They said recession just receding sir, can't afford rich ones."
And while many may think twice before making any rude comment on a public platform and ruining their image, King Khan begs to differ. The actor feels, "Many say be careful not to damage your image. Images are meant to be created, broken, torn, re-built. The real should not be damaged is what I believe."
Now with that wisdom in his head, why would SRK care about what people talk.
