Akon has intentions of celebrating his birthday with the Bollywood fraternity and Mumbai fans...
Singer Akon, who features in Shah Rukh Khan's Ra.One, is returning to Mumbai and this time he plans to make his trip special for both - himself and the people of India. The singer, who was to come to the city last week itself, delayed his trip by a week so that he could celebrate his birthday - April 15 - with newfound friends and fans!
Akon is set to do a live performance in either Mumbai or Pune, but will first celebrate his birthday in a big way. There's news that Shah Rukh Khan, who has been his host previosuly, will organise the bash. This rumour was refuted by the organisers who said that it is they who will throw a birthday party for Akon, and Shah Rukh Khan, will of course be invited considering he is a close friend of the international singer.
Akon wishes to include a few of his fans in the guest list as well. A large venue is going to be booked for his special day, and the birthday boy, we hear, is going to dance all night!
